6. Documentation
Once your home loan has been formally approved you will then receive your loan documentation in the mail which you will need to read sign and promptly return.
Your loan documentation and offer comprises:
- a Loan Schedule, including any special conditions of approval, and
- our Usual Terms and Conditions, and
- The Loan Security documentation, which comprises the mortgage/s and other supporting documents required to establish your loan.
The documentation will need to be promptly returned to the solicitors address provided.
