Deferred Admin Fee
A Deferred Admin Fee is payable based on the initial loan principal if the loan is fully discharged. This is scaled as follows:
Discharged in 1st year - 1.80%
Discharged in 2nd year - 1.60%
Discharged in 3rd year - 1.20%
Discharged in 4th year - 0.80%
Discharged in 5th year - 0.50%
Discharged after year 5 - NIL

Security Discharge Administration Fee
$350 is payable on full discharge of the loan

Conversion Fee
$350 charged if loan is converted to another eligible loan type.

Additional fees - Flexible Plus Home Loan Only
$350 payable on settlement.
$395 annual fee paid in arrears on the first anniversary of settlement and every anniversary thereafter.
